Our Story
Started in 2011 when our founder got tired of watching talented managers fail. She'd seen smart people promoted into leadership roles with zero preparation. So she built something different. First year? 12 clients. All referrals. We grew slow because we only took on work we could actually do well. Moved to our current space in 2018. Today we've trained 847 leaders across everything from startups to big industrial companies. Same philosophy though — no shortcuts, no cookie-cutter programs.
